This is a recipe my daughter gave me.I hope you enjoy it.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB CAKE
4 cups diced rhubarb (medium size) 1 cup sugar 1 (3 oz) box wild strawberry jello (small box) 1 (2-layer size) pkg dry cake mix (white or yellow) 1 1/2 cups water 1/3 cup butter, melted Put the diced rubarb, sugar, dry strawberry jello, and dry cake mix in a 13x9x2-inch pan.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of water over this. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter on top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Serve as is, or with ice cream. |
