NO YEAST PIZZA1 cup flour 1/3 cup milk 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Gather in a ball. Knead 10 times. Let stand 15 minutes. Put dough on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and roll. Remove paper. Top with favorite toppings. Try it with no sauce, bacon, broccoli, tomato, seasoned with a little garlic and topped with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. Here is a great yeast free recipe for pizza dough that will have you on the right track to making a fabulous pizza pie: 1 1/2 cup each all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour 1/4 cup cornmeal 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 cup water Mix the dry ingredients together first. Then, add water and mix together with hands. When it is a good consistency, the dough should easily come off of the sides of the bowl to form a ball. Press the dough evenly onto a nonstick cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes in at 400 degrees.
