I had a friend who is Bosnian. She used to bring these potato and ground beef rolls that she served with sour cream that I really loved. I am trying to make them myself. I think this was some kind of Borek -not sure. I would love if anyone who knows how to make this to please pass on the recipe-I know you use Phyllo dough and there are many different varieties of fillings-please share all you know....
