*USE STORE BOUGHT OR HOMEDAME PIZZA CRUST MIX TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM AND MASHED GARLIC UNTIL SMOOTH ON PIZZA CRUST, TOP WITH CHICKEN, ONION, TOMATO AND MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MIN. OR UNTIL CRUST IS DONE AND CHEESE MELTED. TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
