My daughter is getting married late Dec. 07. We have hired a friend who is a caterer to do the reception, however we are planning on doing what cooking we can do ahead of time. We are expecting about 200 guests for a 4 p.m. wedding. The reception will be held in a hall at the church. My daughter and her fiance will be serving as missionaries, but do not know as of yet where in the world they be living. She would like the theme of her reception to reflect their future plans, so we are thinking about "Four Corners of the World" and serve heavy appetizers from different areas of the world i.e. Europe (Italy, Greece, Germany); Middle East & Africa; Far East (India, Japan, China) and the Americas (North, Central & South). We would love to have some help with some suggestions about what to serve and that the recipies would be as authentic as possible. And of course anything that could be made ahead would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Blessings to all.
