Greetings to one and all. Happy Holidays
I am looking for a recipe I had as a child that an aunt of mine made in Puerto Rico. She simply called it, Deluce de Coco, not the brown smooth type you find in stores, cut in triangles usually. but the white coconut, with coconut flakes on top. when you bite into them they are so juicy and delicious and terribly fattening. All I know is that she would have them in a long flat tray or cooking pan and cut them into odd shapes. I desperately need this recipe as my family is doing the traditional Secret Santa and I happen to have my favorite aunt (Titi) and Deluce de coco was one of her favorite childhood things to eat, among triggering wonderful memories. If you can help I would be so very grateful. Thank you once again, Happy Holidays and God bless to you and yours. Sue
