Hi Darryl - my copy seems to be the 11th edition, first published 1987 (the book was first published 1953)
Mine does have an ISBN - 0 86977 304 6
I am pretty careful with my copy, as my Mom's version did have a broken spine - it's still going strong, though, my sister has it.
There is a lady in New York City who specialises in out of print cookbooks, but I think it's a long shot, and finding a copy in S.A may be your best bet - I'll ask my family to keep an eye out as well and will post here if they come across one - this is a great site and I've visited it daily for many years.
The NYC info is: Bonnie Slotnick Cookbooks, (212) 989-8962 bonnieslotnickbooks@earthlink.net
163 West Tenth Street New York NY 10014 Out-of-Print & Antiquarian Open 1-7 pm most days; please call ahead. Open other times by appointment
Last comment, I have bought through abebooks before and they proved reliable, if you decide to spend the $130
