Lisa 's recipe sounds like a good place to start. Depending on how much you want
to make, I would add this additional cup of Greek Dressing (From Jeff Stewart's
International Cookbook: Greek Potato Salad)
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
pinch of oregano
