I am in search of a Sephardic Jewish recipe for "Boyus de Spinaka" which translates into Spinach turnovers. They are spinach filled pastries which are either oblong or circular in shape...Does any one have a recipe for this? They are normally filled with spinach but also can be filled with mashed potatoes then baked in the over until golden brown....They are usually topped with a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese.....Thank you.
