Hi Jeanne,

Thanks for for the wonderful info on culantro. My Mom uses it along with "aji cachuchas", they look like little red and yellow and green teeny pumpkin-shaped berries. I don't use them in my cooking because of the particular flavor it imparts. I understand Cubans and Puerto Ricans love to use them in various dishes.

One can find them at Latin Markets or Mexican Fruit and Veggie Stands.

Where did you find your little culantro plant...the one with the sharp edge leaves? Mama said not to water it too much. Thanks for the posting with the info, Jeannie!
