ISO: bubeleh

Misc.
When I was young, my mother used to make me a bubeleh for pesach. It was something like a puffed up pancake with a sugar topping and must have been made with matzo flour. Have been unable to find anyone who even knows the name. Can you help?
Many thanks in advance.
