Recipe: Turtle Soup or Various Turtle Recipes

I am trying to reach April in regards to the turtle recipes she mentioned on the kitchenlink website. I do know how snapping turtles can be a nuisance as they are in the ponds/lakes here in Kentucky. Please send me some more recipes at Thanks.
