Hi Sarah, you can buy Swedish Rusk in any food store, this is a light dry crunchy bread, usually sold near the cookie section. I have posted a recipe called Scandinavian Rusks if you want to make your own. There is another recipe here Swedish Apple Cake made with just plain old bread crumbs.
