I have made this in the past but lost on procedure, We butterflied the shrimp leaving the shells on and placed them on a cookie sheet, put much butter and garlic on them and left them to marinate, then broiled and perhaps added bread crums and parmesan cheese. Does anyone have any thing like this in their files?
