I do think it may be Mazurek. I asked the girl at the market for the name of the dessert and it sounded like she said Mazurek, but she also didn't speak much English!

The reason I thought it may be Mazurkas was because the recipe for Royal Mazurkas had raspberry preserves on it. Then I started thinking maybe I misunderstood the girl at the market.

I saw a recipe for Mazurek but it had apples in it. Do you have a recipe for Mazurek in your cookbook? If so, I would love to have it.
