Bishop Bread
3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups flour (not sifted) 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup nut meat, walnuts (cut-up) 1 cup dates (cut-up) 1 cup cherries (cut-up) 3 plain Hershey bars
Beat eggs; add sugar, beating just enough to mix. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Break Hershey bars into pieces, add to first mixture. Mix together. Spread in greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake one hour or until tooth pick comes out clean. Tin pan 350F, Glass pan 325F
