These are Serbian or Albanian sausages made with ground sirloin, paprika, and other stuff. They start with a "Q", but are pronounced Chee-bahbs. If you ever eat one, you will perk up every time you hear the word for the rest of your life! They are one of the best things I've had in YEARS!
