Hi all, I have an 11 year old son who volunteered me to make the cake for his spanish class. We want to do something traditional, however, fruit cakes are a big no no w/most kids I know, and the only other thing that I am coming up with is the Tres Leches cake. My son was pretty firm that these were not options. So any and all ideas are appreciated. Thanks!
