it's a version of a Jamie Oliver recipe

Put a quantity of chosen fruit of your choice (make sure it's ripe so it's good and sweet) in a blender a process until smooth ( you could use frozen berries). Add i carton fat free, live natural yoghurt and blend together. Alternatively use fat free fruit yoghurt. Pour into a container and freeze. I have found that it's best eatern when not completely solid otherwise it's really tough to get it out of the tub!! It's not exactly ice-cream but it's ok when you have a sweet tooth craving! If you have to, add a little honey for extra sweetness or 1 very ripe banana.
