Kathy, I just got this recipe from my Weight Loss meeting. I tried it and it is great.

1 package Angel Food Cake Mix
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice

Mix together and bake in two ungreased loaf pans for the time on the box, usually 30-35 minutes.

If you are counting points it makes 12 servings (6 per pan) and each one is three points.

Fast, easy and tastes great!
