Another thing I do is try and keep stuff out of the house that I shouldn't be snacking on. (Haven't done so great over the holidays!) It helps not to have it around, then, when I go to get creative in the kitchen, I have to get creative with the right things!! Here's a pie recipe I may have posted on this site before:
LOW-FAT KOOL-AID CHEESECAKE 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 packet unsweetened lemon-flavored Kool-Aid )(or whatever flavor you like, my husband likes grape!(ugh) 1 or 2 containers (8 oz. each) fat-free non-dairy whipped topping, (such as Cool Whip) use the amount you want 1 9" reduced fat prepared graham cracker crust (Keebler makes a reduced fat one) In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and dry Kool-Aid powder. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust and chill for 20 minutes. (a plastic spatula works well for the mixing)
