Thanks so much for your help! My son-in-law is a diabetic and wants a decorated birthday cake, so I am not sure the corn syrup is a good alternative ? ?
I have found a sugarless cream cheese frosting recipe so I may try that. I just hope when I try it that it will have the consistency to
"stand up" when placed in a decorator bag to pipe decorations ? ? We'll see!
