I'm desperately searching for a recipe for Chocolate Pear Cake that I used repeatedly over Thanksgiving and Christams but now have mislaid. It used a Chocolate Cake Mix, but then added a can of pears in juice instead of fat. I replaced the eggs with egg substitute. The cake was cooked in a fluted 'bundt' style pan. It may well have come from a Reiman publication. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
