ISO: Weight Watchers Salad Dressing and Pumpkin Custard

Years ago when I attended Weight Watchers, we use to have to make everything from scratch and two of my favorite recipes have been lost. One was for a French Salad dressing and it was made from scratch and I think we had to cook it. The other one was for a Pumpkin Custard (no Crust was used) but similar to the filling of pumpkin pie....now this was probably in the 70s or 80s...wonder if anyone would have. Thanks so much...Jenny
