For a really great and healthy smoothie enjoy the following recipe:
SOY MILK FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1/3 cup soy milk 1 small banana 4 frozen strawberries 1/4 cup frozen blackberries 1/4 cup fresh or store bought orange juice (do not use concentrate) 2 pkgs. sugar substitute
Blend well until all ingrediants are mixed and you have a smooth smoothie.
This is one of the best I've created so say my husband and many friends I have made this for. Enjoy
