CRANBERRY-LEMON BREAD IN THE MACHINE3/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Add ingredients:
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Add ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by your manufacturer.
Add cranberries during "Add ingredient" phase, usually about 40 minutes into the cycle.
Makes 16 servings-1 slice each
