This is a family favorite that I have de-calorized. It is actually better with the ingredients here than with the hi-cal stuff:
Mandarin Orange dessert (or salad) Combine in large bowl: 12 oz. of Cool Whip Lite 1 small carton fat free cottage cheese (8-12 oz) 1 pkg sugar free orange gelatin Mix thoroughly and add 1 small can crushed pineapple in juice (drain really well - I use a strainer and a spoon to make sure all the juice is out) 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half -save out 3 or 4 for garnish. Set in fridge for at least an hour for this to set. Pretty and not as sinful as it tastes. For a nice lift, put it in your best crystal bowl.
