I can think of a couple of common ways I use ground beef off the top of my head... My mother taught me to brown the meat, drain it into a colander then rinse it with water before using it in recipes to really reduce the fat. For a super quick meal I then throw in a jar of spaghetti sauce (my husband & I like Barilla) with maybe a few extra veggies and have it on pasta with garlic bread and salad. Another thing to do is to make a lasagna, which freezes well. I usually divide my recipe into two 8x8 square pans because there are just the 2 of us. Just pull one out of the freezer and heat. One more is to make it into tacos with your own seasonings or add a packet seasoning, which our neighbor kids totally go crazy for. If I remember anything more interesting, I'll post it later.
