SWEET AND SOUR VINAIGRETTE
1 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover and shake vigorously until combined. Refrigerate and shake again before serving. Serve over green salad. Nutrition per serving(2Tbsp.)Calories=28, fat=0, cholesterol=0,sodium=trace.
TANGY TOMATO SALAD DRESSING
1 can (7 1/4 oz.) low sodium tomato soup 1/4 cup vegetable oil grated peel of 1/2 lemon 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion 1 tsp. prepared horseradish Generous dash ground cinnamon (optional) In a small jar with lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate. Shake well again before serving Nutrients per serving( 1 Tbsp.) Calories= 35, fat=3g,cholesterol=0, sodium= 2 mg.
