This recipe was taken from Cooking A'La Heart and is very good. I use the Cumcumber version for the dressing on my garden cucumbers instead of Kraft Cucumber Ranch and save a bunch of calories and sodium.
Creamy Salad Dressing
1 cup plain low fat yogurt 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 green onions, sliced (I use tsp. dried minced onion) 1 T fresh chopped or 1 tsp dried parsley
Combine all in blender jar and blend at medium high speed until smooth. Store in covered container in fridge.
Variations:
Cucumber Dressing: add 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
Garlic Dressing: add 1 tsp garlic powder
Dill Dip/Dressing: add 1 or 2 tsp dill weed or other herb
