Hi Luciana, Here is a family favorite for Waffles. You will note that Club Soda
is used. Many times I use Aunt Jemima Pancake/Waffle mix and also use Club
Soda in place of Milk. The Club Soda makes the Waffles so "light" .

MOMS'S WAFFLES

2 cups good biscuit mix
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 1/3 cups club soda

Mix ingredients together and then ladle some into a hot waffle iron. Cook
until brown.

You can not store this batter, if necessary cook extra waffles and freeze them
for later. (We heat them in the toaster frozen). You can also use this same
recipe to make pancakes to.

We have a Proctor Silex "Morning Baker" Waffle Maker which we are very happy
with. We purchased ours in Wal-Mart. We like to top our waffles with butter,
my homemade jams, warmed, and then sprinkle with Confectioners Powdered
Sugar. You can also add Blueberries to the batter. Hope this will be of help
to you!
