ISO: My Todder Craves Baked Tofu--Help!!!

Misc.
I have a toddler who will not touch any protein product besides eggs, peanut butter and TOFU!!! He loves the baked variety from our local health food cooperative but it is very expensive ( white wave variety). I am looking for a basic, not to spicy marinade and corresponding baking instructions so I can make a batch for the week. Any tried recipies would be appreciate, I do not want fried recipies, only BAKED---- Thank you--Boopsters mom
