I often blanche broccoli and/or cauliflower and toss them with a simple dressing which I spray on them from a spray bottle. This keeps the vegetables from getting saturated with the dressing and only suggests a hint of it the dressing...

Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Water
