Vegetable Cream Cheese Dip or Spread
3 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened garlic salt, to taste black pepper, to taste 1 large red tomato, chopped 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped finely 1 large green bell pepper, chopped finely 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise
Mix cream cheese with garlic salt and black pepper (I use quite a few shakes from the bottle)! Thoroughly mix in the chopped tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and manyonnaise, then chill overnight. Turns out to be extremely thick, you can probably play around with a variety of vegetable ingredients.
