my 23 yr old budding gourmet cook has just moved away from home & would like to move towards no red meat cooking, mostly vegetarian, cooking. He's a pretty good beginning cook & has good knives & pots & pans & a GF grill. He loves most pasta things. Any help with recs, or with an easy cookbook would be appreciated.
