Iris’ Broccoli Salad
1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces ¼ cup chopped green onion 1 cup chopped celery 2 cups red seedless grapes cut in half ¼ cup sliced or slivered almonds or sunflower seeds ½ pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1/3 cup sugar ½ tsp. Curry powder Mix together and pour over salad just before serving. |
