Thank you for the help with feta cheese., I realize it is very strong tasting and a little goes a long way ., in fact I tries it in scrambles eggs this morn., yuk., FYI., I will stick with milder cheeses for my omlets., and morningstar farms "breakfast grillers" crumbled into them., peace..euni
