My 14 year old daughter wants to eliminate all meat/meat products form her diet.
The problem is she does not like beans of any kind and I haven't been able to
incorporate tofu into any recipes that she'll eat. I am very worried about her getting
enough protein in her diet? How much protein does she need daily, and what are
some alternate sources?
