Curry Dip

1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbl. vinegar
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder (You could taste and use more if you like)
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
2 Tbl. ketchup

Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate until serving time. This is best if made several hours before you plan to serve it so the flavors can blend.
