Thanks for sharing One Pot spinach and linquine recipe. I will have to try it as I love spinach and have been making Creamed Spinach (Frozen Seabook Farms brand) with elbow macaroni often. It is an easy and delicious recipe. You might enjoy trying this one. Here it is:
One pound elbow macaroni
Two 9 oz Pkgs. frozen creamed spinach
Garlic powder and salt to taste.
Cook macaroni according to taste.
At the same time cook the creamed spinach either in microwave oven or on stovetop. I usually start cooking spinach five minutes prior to placing pasta in the boiling water, this way pasta and spinach are ready simultaneously. Drain pasta and stir in the creamed spinach. Season with garlic powder and salt. Omit salt if using parmesan cheese as a garnish. Cut the recipe in half if less than four people. Quick, easy and delicious. Enjoy!
