I cube the tofu and put it in a tef-
lon or silverstone skillet with no
oil to brown it. This sears the
edges and removes the water so it is
a firmer consistency.

I then saute onions and mushrooms
and add the browned tofu and a
good shot of soy sauce to taste.
Eat it just like this or stuff a
pita pocket with it. YUM!
