I have a friend from India who is in need of a recipe for Mango Cake that does not contain eggs. She asked me to look it up on the internet, and I came across this website. She isn't very computer literate, and although her husband is, he isn't willing to look things like this up. I could use your help immediately, as our area has a very large abundance of Mangos at this time. She makes chutney all of the time, but needs something else to use the mangos in.
