Julie, This was sent in to local newspaper by a woman who said this is a good "pot luck " dish and when she makes it, is always asked for the recipe.
Corny Corn 2 eggs 1 ( 17----ounce ) can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 ( 16----ounce ) can creaned corn 1 ( 8 1/2) box cornbread mix ( such as Jiffy's) 1 ( 8-----ounce ) carton sour cream 1 stick ( 1/2 cup ) margarine Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in large bowl; add corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, sour cream and margarine; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish and bake 45 min. . Makes 8 to 12 side dish servings.
Note: Can use low---fat or non--fat sour cream and calorie reduced margarine.
