Artichoke hearts diced are a favorite topping at our house, Calamata Olives and crumbled bleu cheese set them off nicely. Pesto as a sub for tomato sauce is great. For the adventurous: fresh tomatos, sweet red peppers, mandarin orange segments and pineapple!! Bleu cheese is great on that too, a local pizzaria calls that combination the Bozo fruit special.
