Morning Seppo, You know how much I love cashews so how about this combination?
CARROT and CASHEW NUT SOUP ************************** 6 cups boiling water 2 lbs carrots diced 2 leeks sliced 1 clove garlic,crushed 1 tsp herbal salt 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried marjoram good handful fresh parsley,chopped 1 cup cashew nuts(unsalted)
Put the lot in apot and simmer for 25-30 minns.Combine nuts and parsley in a blender,add at end of cooking time and serve hot
