I know it's been a while since you posted your request and I wish I knew the answer. I was thinking maybe you can mix the dry ingredients except the yeast, you know in individual packets. Might be worth experimenting anyway. I bought Krusteaz and I'm not having very good luck with it, first my bread rose too high. Then just yesterday I baked some bread and it fell!! I'm not buying that brand again, I'm better off baking from scratch.
