Sausage and Egg Casserole
8 slices cubed bread 1 lb sausage, fried and drained small can mushroons 1 1/2 or 2 cups shredded cheese 5 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup half & half or 1 1/4 cups milk salt & pepper
Spread bread cubes in a 13x9-inch greased pan spread. Cover with the cooked sausage. Layer mushroons and cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, half and half, and salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigeratire for 12 hours. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut in bars. To serve, cover and microwave until heated. |
