Avocado Butter
1/2 cup mashed avocado
1/2 cup soft butter
4 tbl fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
Blend together all ingredients. This butter is great when grilling seafood or on a steak. Brush it on the last 5 to 10 minutes.
