Hi- I have done once a month cooking now for about 5 years. Let me tell you how great it really is!!!! Please, if you have any questions or are concerned about trying it for the first time, just ask. I am currently working on writing a cookbook geared towards this topic, and would be willing to share some of my recipes in trade for some that you found. Here is a partial list of foods I make every month.
