Saxon, thanks, that's sounds great! Anything with pasta, sauce and cheese is a favorite in this house. I've been making a lot of calzones and meat pockets. Kids seem to like them alot. Had unexpected company this weekend. Was it a problem? No! Pulled out some cheese enchiladas and pork chili from the freezer and dinner was done and i was able to enjoy our company.
